Thank you for shopping at Zenfinite, via the Wearable NFT Art site.
If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Zenfinite LLC, 1317 Edgewater Drive, Suite 1353, Orlando Florida.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Websites refer to Zenfinite LLC, accessible from https://ZenfiniteLLC.com and WearableNFTArt.com and through Amazon.com.
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 8 hours without giving any reason for doing so. (Please see refund Policy Below for All Customized Limited Edition Items) The deadline for canceling an Order is 8 hours from the time You ordered the Goods. Orders are processed instantaneously in order for you to receive your product as quickly as possible.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will reimburse You no later than 5 business days.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Procedure for a Return
If you need to return a product purchased from Zenfinite LCC, you must send an e-mail requesting the authorization for the return. The product must be in resaleable condition.
You, as the buyer are responsible for the return shipping, whether it is a prepaid label or you purchase the label yourself. The original shipping paid for the product is not refundable whether it was paid for by the customer or by ZenfiniteLLC.
All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. Returns will incur a 15% restocking fee, unless damaged, or if returned after the 30 day period.
If you ship a product back after 45 days, a refund will not be issued. If you want the product back, you will have to pay for return shipping. Please use FedEx, UPS or USPS for returns. Pack N Ship stores such as the UPS store will charge more, so if you pack it yourself and take it to a UPS, FedEx or USPS drop-off, your shipping charge will be cheaper.
If your product is defective then you must let Zenfinite LLC know immediately, within 2 days of receiving the product.
Damage or Wrong Item: We will ship you a new replacement item (or part) at no charge to you. If your item is damaged, defective or broken, please attach a picture of the damage (and packaging) when you submit your return form. You can also email the picture directly if you prefer. If you choose not to accept a replacement product (or part) then please process as a normal return and the normal deductions will be done.
All manufacturers reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if the product is not in absolute resellable condition or refuse the refund.
We hope that you are pleased with all of the products purchased from us; however, if a refund is needed, we will be happy to assist you.
If you purchased your Product From Amazon please contact their customer service directly to arrange for shipment back to Amazon.
For any purchases made directly with ZenfiniteLLC.com please contact us at email@example.com and we will arrange for your return with an RMA number and refund less the costs as listed above.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
Delivery & Returns For Customized Items Only
Please note that all customized Limited Edition items take a few days to ship out, as they are all custom made per your order. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for holidays or special occasions. If you have something of that nature, please give us a shout before you order.
Shipping is via UPS or the USPS generally and we always use tracking numbers to addresses within the United States.
US Postal First Class Mail International. We can provide you with a customs number. However, we do not provide tracking numbers unless you contact us and specifically ask for and pay for an upgrade to US Postal Priority Mail International. We cannot take responsibility for any duty or taxes your country may impose on goods that come from the United States.
Unclaimed Items / Incorrect Addresses:
As we cannot control what happens in your locale, it is your responsibility to both provide us with a correct address, and to claim your package from your local customs or post office if it is being held or deemed undeliverable.
In the event that your package is returned as unclaimed by your local customs/post office, or due to providing us with an incorrect address, it will be your responsibility to pay for the new shipment. We are more than happy to work with you to reship your item once you have reconfirmed your address, but please be sure to provide us with correct information and be aware that international shipments often need to be claimed from your local customs or post office.

Returns are on a case-by-case basis. As all of our items are custom-made for you, we only offer returns for exchange of a similar item or new size. This is why we urge you to use the size charts provided on every item’s listing.
If you’d like to return an item for exchange, please note that you will be responsible for returning the item, and for shipment costs associated with your replacement item.
Requests for product exchange must be made within 7 days of delivery, and items must be sent back for exchange within 48 hours of approval. Items must be unused, unworn, and have the original tags intact.
